Return Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on info@naturalz.us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on……(Timings: 9:30 am – 5 pm), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Naturalz offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 6 days of its purchase. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

You shall return an unused/unopened product, with no damage, or a refund through the return request.

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date.

One the return request is authorized, you shall receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You should ship the item within 7 days of receipt of the RMA number.

We will issue a refund for the product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty.

If your shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please do not accept it and notify us. For notification, please ensure you record an unboxing video and reach out to our support team within 48 hours.

Naturalz New York is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please Note: Only purchases made on this website, shall be considered under this Return Policy.

Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to refund at info@naturalz.us with the following details:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at info@naturalz.us with your Order Number and email.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RMA number.

  • Discounted items
  • Items purchased more than 6 days ago for the date of return request
  • Items damaged after delivery
